forging, heat treatment & inspection
The forging blanks are heated to the required forming temperature in induction and gas furnaces. In the following process chain forging, deburring and calibrating, the forged part is formed to its nominal dimensions. With continuous forging control, we ensure low scrap rates and high productivity. A heat treatment connected to the forging process can, depending on requirements, be carried out in-house or outsourced to our qualified and certified partners. Depending on the requirements, we also carry out a crack tests on the forged parts to determine whether they are free of defects and cracks.
